All workmanship is covered by a Master Gas London 12 month guarantee. The guarantee is on all services we offer. A new boiler installation will come with it’s parts & labour warranty & the Master Gas London 12 month workmanship warranty. If there is any problem with our work, we will send one of our in house engineers to rectify the issue.

At Master Gas London we DO NOT use subcontractors. We have our own in house engineers with our own vehicles. All our competitors are trying to reduce costs by subcontracting all works to any engineer with his own van. Quality work is what the founders of Master Gas London have built the company on. Subcontracting is not the way if you’re looking for quality work.

A like for like installation will take one day to complete. A conversion from a gravity system to a combi will take two days.

We offer financing up to 10 years for all installations. Complete the application & you will receive an answer within 24 hours.

Master Gas London accepts a variety of payment methods. These means of payment include debit card, credit card, and bank transfer. Customers can use these options to select the best payment method for them and conveniently pay for boiler installation, repair, or maintenance services.

All boiler installations come with a boiler & flue kit, magnetic system filter, limescale reducer which others will charge an extra £65 for, a wireless or smart thermostat, materials required & a magnacleanse flush which our competitors will charge up to £300 for. Most companies only offer a chemical flush, which is useless as a chemical flush needs to done over a duration of a week not a day.  

If it’s a boiler installed by Master Gas London & is still under the 12 month or manufacturer warranty, then call us. We will take it from there. If it’s a boiler we haven’t installed then you can book a Master Gas London boiler repair visit which is NOT charged by the hour.

A boiler should be serviced annually. This will keep the boiler running efficiently & also make sure it’s safe. To maintain the manfacturer warranty you will need proof of a yearly service.
