I had received an extortionate quote from another company and wanted to compare it to Master Gas London. I spoke with Ed and he was so knowledgable and honest. He took the time to explain the different boiler options and let me know the pros and cons of the different boilers. He was very patient and I am so appreciative of the time he took with regards to the choices I could make. It is such a shame I am located too far away to use this company, as their professional response and advice was outstanding.

Highly recommend. Could not fault Ed and Tamer. They were efficient, on time, went out of their way to ensure we were pleased with the work, and took time to explain the new system. The work was finished to a high standard and all pipework routed beautifully.

I was very anxious about my boiler to be fixed properly until I found Ed from the first telephone call, my anxiety has been eased off immediately because he was so polite, explained potential issues and he tried to book me in as quickly as possible even though he is very busy. He was so professional from beginning to end. At the site he investigated the problems and explained to me the issues and he didn’t leave until everything was sorted out properly. The team are the nicest people on earth so nice and warming, very trustworthy and didn’t leave til the job was done. Worked from 8am til 10pm one day just to get everything running. Couldn’t recommend a better company.

Ed and team came to install a new boiler a few months back and I've been meaning to leave a review ever since because they were so great. Worked all day and didn't leave us until everything was working. They are more than happy to stay in touch if there's any follow ups too which is great.
