All workmanship is covered by a Master Gas London 12 month guarantee. The guarantee is on all services we offer. A new boiler installation will come with it’s parts & labour warranty & the Master Gas London 12 month workmanship warranty. If there is any problem with our work, we will send one of our in house engineers to rectify the issue.
At Master Gas London we DO NOT use subcontractors. We have our own in house engineers with our own vehicles. All our competitors are trying to reduce costs by subcontracting all works to any engineer with his own van. Quality work is what the founders of Master Gas London have built the company on. Subcontracting is not the way if you’re looking for quality work.

On The Day
On the day of your appointment, our certified engineer will arrive at your home or business at the scheduled time to complete the requested services.
On the scheduled date of your chosen service the attending engineer will call you at least 1 hour prior to arrival.

If the engineer is running late, Master Gas London will contact you to provide an updated estimated arrival time.
